Online Asset Status Panel
If you have online networked assets such as servers you can easily keep an eye their status and send all sorts of custom data via the API which can then be displayed on the status overview panel.
For example you can see at a glance if a server is loaded, memory usage is high or disk space is running low, if the raid is ok, if there are package updates to install. Monitoring data from nagios or other applications, and pretty much any other data you want can be sent via the api and displayed on the panel.
